Goal of the Proposal

This proposal seeks approval to refund $250 USDC to Stella Achenbach for covering the Unlock DAO sponsorship expenses at TechFusion 2024, which took place in La Paz, Bolivia on November 22, 2024.

Due to time constraints, the DAO was unable to submit a Tally proposal for direct funding before the event. To ensure the event proceeded as planned, Stella Achenbach personally covered the sponsorship costs.

This refund request aligns with the Snapshot vote that was successfully passed before the event, authorizing Unlock DAO’s sponsorship.
