We are reposting the proposal to execute the previously approved TFIP-21 for Payment to Akemona since the proposal posted earlier did not reach the quorum. This proposal is based on a start date of November 1, 2024 and end date of May 31, 2025.

The changes are as follows:

1. Akemona is paid through TRU
2. USD payments converted to TRU based on TRU price of $0.07002 on October 26, 2024.
3. 18% added to account for the variance in the price of TRU

Payment Schedule

Akemona is requesting a grant of 7,549,843 TRU to fund the implementation of the roadmap laid out in the TFIP-21 forum proposal over the next seven months. Of this total, we are requesting 1,078,549 TRU up front, with the remaining portion streamed over 7 months starting at the end of November, 2024.

Functions included in this proposal:

1. Mint TRU to DAO Timelock
2. Transfer TRU to Akemona Wallet
3. Approve TRU for Sablier Stream Creation
4. Create TRU Sablier Stream for Akemona
