Proposal to execute previously approved TFIP-21 for Payment to Akemona. Please refer to Nathan Vandy's comment under TFIP-21 discussion on the TrueFi forum. The original TFIP-21 proposal on Tally will be left pending as it does not have an executable code.

To simplify payments, the changes are as follows:

1. Akemona is paid through TRU
2. USD payments converted to TRU based on TRU price of $0.08259 on October 15, 2024.
3. 18% added to account for the variance in the price of TRU

Payment Schedule

Akemona is requesting a total grant of 6,400,775 TRU to fund the implementation of the roadmap laid out in the TFIP-21 forum proposal over the next seven months. Of this total, we are requesting 914,396 TRU up front, with the remaining portion streamed over 7 months starting at the end of October, 2024.

1. Mint TRU to DAO Timelock
2. Transfer TRU to Akemona Wallet
3. Approve TRU for Sablier Stream Creation
4. Create TRU Sablier Stream for Akemona
