Seamless Governance to accept ownership of newly deployed vaults on Morpho.

Context and motivation

Seamless has launched 2 new vaults on Morpho. These vaults were initially deployed by Gauntlet on behalf of Seamless. Gauntlet is now transfering the ownership of these vaults to Seamless governance and Seamless governance must accept this transfer onchain to complete it.
