Priorities: complete wind-down hygiene, keep redeem/claim UX alive, fix capped-but-active Ark / NAV donation risk, and only reopen deposits behind audits + Guardian coverage.
Supporting Option A (rebuild) via a gated Phase 0 — spec, threat model, and public RFP — funded from Timelock USDC with a hard cap and unused funds returned. No blank checks. No rushed TVL chase.
