Summary

This proposal enables the transferability of the SUMR token to allow SUMR to begin trading and find its natural market price. The SUMR Token is launching officially on Aerodrome through their Ignition program, starting at 00:00 UTC on the 22nd January 2026. This SIP proposes to allow transferability just prior (from 23:58 UTC on 21st January) so it can start trading immediately. The timing will be controlled by a newly deployed timeguard contract, which will restrict execution of the proposal until after 23:58 UTC.

This SIP proposes enabling transfers on Base. If passed, it should also act as instruction for the Lazy Summer Foundation to enable transfers on the spoke chains of the protocol, including Arbitrum, Ethereum, Sonic and HyperEVM.

Actions

1. Enable SUMR token transferability on Base at any time after 23:58 UTC on 21st January 2026
2. Instruct the Lazy Summer Foundation to enable transfers on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Sonic and HyperEVM
