We're going to setup an on-chain treasury management tool called Aera (https://app.aera.finance/) to experiment with Stablecoin-Only Yield, ETH/USDC Volatility Targeting and Levered ETH Staking.

We've met with the Gauntlet team who incubated Aera and feel it is a good risk management test for our on-chain treasury management. We'll start with 300,000 BTRST.
