Summary

To expand the use cases for turbo balance, this proposal introduces a "Restake to Permanent Package" option: users will be able to directly restake ARK from their released turbo balance into the ARKIE NFT (Permanent Package), gaining additional NFT weight in the process.

Purpose

1. Expand the utility of turbo balance, improving capital efficiency
2. Lower the barrier for users to increase their NFT weight
3. Channel turbo assets into the ecosystem, further growing participation in the Permanent Package

Implementation Details

I. Current Mechanism ARK released into the turbo balance can currently only be withdrawn or converted into contribution points.

II. New Mechanism

A new "Restake to Permanent Package" option will be added to the turbo balance:

• Users can restake ARK from their turbo balance directly into the ARKIE NFT (Permanent Package)
• The restaked ARK is burned immediately, converting at a ratio of 1 ARK = 1 NFT weight, consistent with the existing Permanent Package upgrade logic
• The resulting weight is automatically merged and accumulated into the user's existing Permanent Package, with no need to create a new one

📌 Example: With a turbo balance of 100 ARK, a user chooses to restake 50 ARK into the Permanent Package. The 50 ARK is burned immediately, generating 50 NFT weight, which is added to the user's existing Permanent Package.

III. Problem This Mechanism Solves

With the addition of the "Restake to Permanent Package" option, users can put their released turbo balance to direct use in growing their NFT weight, simplifying the process. At the same time, this continuously channels burn volume into the ARKIE NFT Permanent Package, reinforcing the ecosystem's overall deflationary logic.

Execution Timeline

• The exact launch date will be announced separately following the proposal's passage
• The frontend will display the "Restake to Permanent Package" option in the operation interface
• All calculations and operations are executed on-chain, with full transparency
