This proposal seeks approval to validate and implement the threshold adjustments for the CORE and BLUE index bundles that were previously approved.

Motivation

Following the successful approval of the threshold reduction proposal, we now proceed with the implementation phase.

This proposal executes the validated parameter changes:

CORE Index:

• Threshold update: 10% → 5%

BLUE Index:

• Threshold update: 16.6% → 10%

These adjustments will take effect upon execution of this transaction, enabling the improved arbitrage opportunities as outlined in the initial proposal.
