This proposal seeks approval to update CORE's underlying weights and raise the rebalancing thresholds for the CORE bundle over 3 months.

Motivation

BTC and specifically ETH have greatly decreased in value over the past months. Raising their weights while lowering USDC weight will allow CORE investors to be more exposed to BTC and ETH over the next 3 months, anticipating a potential increase in value for both assets in the future. Raising the rebalancing threshold during the weights update will also prevent freshly bought BTC and ETH from being sold during this period.
