Summary

Reinstate the PositionManager contract as the delegated contract for positions previously withdrawn for the initial bundles liquidity launch.

Motivation

The latest DAO-approved proposal transferred selected positions (ids 1, 3, 5, 6, 14 ,15, 16) to a multisig wallet to withdraw a portion of this liquidity for the bundles launch. After the withdrawal, these positions were returned to the DAO, but their delegated addresses were reset due to the transfer. To enable claiming of fees from these positions for AGT stakers, the PositionManager contract must be re-established as the delegated entity.
