Hi I'm Klaus Brave, founder of Hack Huamnity, creator of GovHacks a decentralised governance hackathon that accelerates proposal creation, builds trusts IRL and gets DAO contributors, delegates and ecosystem stakeholders all working productively together.
I've been deep diving near full-time with Arbitrum since December 2023, have lots of hard won lessons to share, seen the governance process from a newbie, to grantee, to passing a full proposal to the DAO, now having designed and run GovHack ETHDenver and GovHack ETHcc I've onboarding over 250+ new people, 48 teams and 48 new proposals to the DAO using this format. I understand what works and doesn't work in the DAO and will advocate for DAO operational efficiency, easing friction for newcomers and fair sharing of power amongst delegates, as well as attracting new delegates.
