Uniswap Delegation Statement

Treasury Management

Decentralization

Fee switch

I’m running to be a Uniswap delegate because I believe protocol governance must be practical, security-first, and accountable. As the founder of Movement Network, I’ve built crypto primitives, token mechanics, and on-chain ownership systems (Reown). That hands-on engineering + governance experience gives me the ability to read proposals for technical risk, economic tradeoffs, and long-term protocol health — and to vote in ways that protect users and preserve Uniswap’s open, decentralized future.

If you delegate to me you’ll get direct, no-nonsense representation: clear public reasoning for every vote, on-chain receipts for actions taken, and straightforward explanations of tradeoffs — not hype or marketing. I’ll prioritize safety, sustainability, and alignment with Uniswap’s core mission: permissionless liquidity for everyone.

Why I want to be a delegate

  • Practical impact. I prefer shipping secure, pragmatic decisions over theater. Governance should reduce risk and unlock growth, not create unnecessary complexity.
  • Technical oversight. I can evaluate audits, contracts, and upgrade paths to spot subtle risks (reentrancy, upgrades, privileged roles) that matter in high-liquidity systems.
  • Long-term stewardship. Tokenomics and treasury choices must favor durability and ecosystem health, not short-term speculation.
  • Accountability culture. Delegation is a trust contract — I’ll treat your vote like it’s mine.

(Humor: I’ll handle the hard governance choices so you can keep trading — I promise to be less volatile than gas fees. 😏)

What members can expect if they delegate to me (commitments)

  1. Transparent vote rationale. Public writeups explaining the technical and economic reasoning behind each vote.
  2. On-chain proof. Transaction links and logs for every vote or on-chain action performed on your behalf.
  3. Regular summaries. Short, concise updates after major votes or when important proposals arrive.
  4. Risk-first prioritization. Security audits, upgrade mechanics, and admin-privilege changes get extra scrutiny.
  5. Conflict disclosure. Any potential conflicts of interest will be declared openly before votes.
  6. Guidance for revoke. If you want to revoke delegation or need help managing it, I’ll provide clear steps.

Voting strategy (short)

  • Security > speed. Delay or abstain when a proposal lacks clear audit or migration safety.
  • Sustainability. Favor treasury and incentives that support long-term liquidity and developer growth.
  • Community signal. For governance that meaningfully affects users, I’ll incorporate community input and signal when feasible.
  • Pragmatism. Prefer solutions that are implementable and minimally disruptive to users and integrators.

Boundaries — what I will not do

  • I will not vote for proposals that create undisclosed personal gain or self-dealing without full public disclosure.
  • I will not support opaque governance changes that concentrate power without robust checks.
  • I will not pretend certainty where none exists — if the right choice is to abstain, I’ll explain why.

Contact & revocation

  • Website / info: https://movementnetwork.xyz
  • Delegation is reversible and stays under your wallet control — you can revoke at any time. If you need technical help to delegate or revoke, I’ll provide a simple step-by-step guide.
