INITIAL STATEMENT This proposal is intended to address the growth of POOH’s ecosystem, sustainability, and community.

PURPOSE OF DOCUMENT The proposal has taken into account the suggestions and feedback that have come directly from the POOH community. This may not exactly be what some have in mind, but the proposal gives a compromise that supports everyone’s interests.
