Purpose

The purpose of this proposal is to decrease the quorum needed for votes to pass. With our current number of voters, proposals are very narrowly getting the votes needed to pass. This proposal will decrease the quorum size from 4% of total supply to 2% of total supply. The current quorum size is 16.82 trillion. The updated quorum size would be 8.41 trillion. This number can be updated in future proposals as the community grows.
