What is the Governance Committee?

OIP#6 granted the "Cancel" role to the Governance Committee. The committee exists to uphold process integrity. It has three members: one from the Obol Association, one from Obol Labs, and one trusted delegate.


Over time, and as its responsibilities expand, this committee is expected to evolve into a larger instance, with:

  • A broader mission
  • More members
  • And delegate-elected seats
