The stOBOL auto-delegate is a secure, non-capturable smart contract that temporarily aggregates the voting power of stOBOL holders who have not yet selected a delegate. It currently votes ‘yes’ only on proposals that exhibit broad consensus, which is defined as having at least 66% quorum participation and 90% support.

Obol governance is the admin of the auto-delegate contract, and the Obol Collective could choose to replace the contract via governance if it so decides.
