- Deploy an OP MerkleDistributor Contract for distribution 1
- Transfer 2,967.374 from the Protocol Treasury to the deployed KITE distributor contract from step 1.
- Transfer 9,895.247 OP from the Protocol Treasury to the deployed OP distributor contract from step 2.
