Please share your stance on overall goals for the DAO:

I believe the DAO should adopt a moderately aggressive approach to liquidity mining to foster healthy and sustainable ecosystem growth. The goals of the DAO should focus on enhancing decentralization, increasing community engagement, and ensuring the security and stability of the protocol. By investing in education, infrastructure development, and tooling, we can facilitate broader participation, further decentralization, and improve governance efficiency.

Please share your stance on issues that were raised previously, in other communities, as described below:

Sample Voting Issue 1:

I would vote in favor of adding USDC as an additional collateral to the HAI DAO community. Despite USDC's centralized nature, its liquidity and market acceptance are crucial for the growth of the HAI protocol. However, I suggest an increased scrutiny of the proposal to ensure it aligns with the decentralization and censorship-resistance requirements outlined in the HAI DAO UNA Charter.

Sample Voting Issue 2:

I hold a reserved stance towards the proposal to list the stablecoin as additional collateral. While it can provide immediate liquidity growth in the short term, we must consider the long-term sustainability and ethical implications. I would recommend a deeper analysis and consider setting additional risk mitigation measures (like what the Prisma team did before), such as diversification of collateral and transparency in stablecoin backing.

Prompts to Answer [250-500 words]:

Finding a balance between decentralization and operational efficiency is crucial. I support taking some centralized measures to improve efficiency, provided they do not undermine the principles of decentralization. For instance, establishing dedicated working groups or committees for day-to-day operations and decision-making recommendations, while retaining community voting rights for significant decisions.

Languages I speak and write:

English, Chinese, French

Disclosure of Conflict(s) of Interest:

I affirm that I do not have any conflicts of interest that would prevent me from exercising my best judgment in the interest of advancing the HAI ecosystem. My focus has been on promoting the Reflexer ecosystem and HAI governance within the Chinese community, aiming to contribute meaningfully.
