Summary
In response to recent price volatility affecting tier stability, this proposal introduces a structural optimization to the tier evaluation mechanism:
- Promotion evaluation → rules unchanged
- Alliance rewards → rules unchanged
- Downgrade evaluation → shifts to token-amount basis (coin standard), locking in the token amount of the previous tier at the moment of promotion.
📌 Core direction: Downgrade evaluation moves to token-amount basis, so members' tiers are no longer affected by short-term price volatility.
Purpose
- Stabilize tier rights — Tiers no longer affected by price volatility, ensuring long-term stability;
- Encourage long-term holding — Make "holding tokens" the core capability;
- Endure through cycles — Reduce the impact of short-term market sentiment on the community structure.

Implementation Details
1. Promotion Rules — Unchanged
Reaching the required USD value threshold of the target tier (principal + interest combined) qualifies for promotion.
2. Downgrade Rules — Token-Amount Basis (Coin Standard)
🔹 Lock-in Mechanism: At the moment a member is promoted to a given tier, the contract automatically locks in the token amount of the previous tier as the protection benchmark for that tier.
🔹 Evaluation Basis: Downgrade evaluation is based on token amount (principal + interest combined), unaffected by price fluctuations.
🔹 Tier Rules:
✅ Token amount ≥ locked value → tier remains permanently valid
❌ Token amount < locked value → tier is adjusted downward accordingly
3. Alliance Rewards — Based on Principal Token Amount
🔹 Alliance rewards continue to be calculated based on principal token amount, with rules unchanged.
4. Complementary Adjustment: Flexible Staking
To ensure accurate automatic token-amount tracking for tier protection, flexible staking will be adjusted as follows:
- ✅ Currently active flexible staking → Unaffected, may continue to be held
- ❌ Once withdrawn → Cannot be re-deposited (no new flexible staking entry going forward)
Execution Schedule
- Launch date will be announced separately after proposal approval;
- The front-end will be updated to reflect the new rules and tier status;
- All operations will be executed on-chain, with full transparency.
