Delegating 970.88 ARB to:
Hy, I'm ZER8, a creative and telecomm engineer, active in web3 since 2017 and full time into Ethereum ecosystem DAOs since 2020.
I strongly believe DAOs need more independent, value aligned delegates(that actually are invested in the ecosystem) that are actually entrenched in these ecosystems, promote positive-sum outcomes as well as push critical thinking, new systems and do not just say "yes" to the general consensus.
DAOs need more independent delegates(not backed by certain entities with vested interests to profit from the DAO treasuries) to balance the current landscape of professional delegates and embedded entities.

Arbitrum Delegation Statement
About me
My last five years in web3 have 100% been spend in Ethereum DAOs where I've been growing building communities, reviewing, managing grant programs and funded over 200 builders. In my spare time I contribute to the public goods ecosystem where I help consult/onboard projects to web3 and as well as evangelize for this area of web3 at events.
Through this experience, I have gained extensive insights into the functioning of DAOs, the patterns they follow, and the behaviors of their members. I'm a firm believer that on-chain operations surpass off-chain alternatives and that web3 needs native experiments, mechanisms, and tools to facilitate this new era.
I've been a reviewer, funder and builder in the space which give me a unique insight into the functioning of the space.
MY GOALS FOR ARBITRUM DAO
As a delegate I want to actively to do my part in helping the Arbitrum ecosystem be effective while maintaining to be as credible neutral(governance and process wise) as possible, help the DAO be more accountable, onboard builders to the ecosystem and also represent it in Eastern Europe(a very underrepresented area in web3).
Strongly believe that income > spendings in every quarter and want to help Arbitrum be profitable as an organization by calling out all the social engineers that pretend to have the DAOs best interests at hearth.
As Gregorian creatures, tools make us smarter, and by leveraging web3 native tooling, we can ensure that web3 becomes the true next iteration of the internet. Arbitrum DAO should be at the forefront of this revolution.

Sample Voting Issue 1:
- How would you vote? I would vote Against
- What amendments would you make to the proposal if any? It's very important to have trusted contributors One solution would be to required Flipside to allocate bounties using a custom version of quadratic voting possibly tied with conviction voting to allow the community to allocate UNI to the bounties. Committees can then vote if the community was aligned with their vision or not. We just cannot trust people or organizations when it comes to allocating funding, and the more open and participatory funding allocatins get the better!
- How would you approach the tradeoff between centralization of authority and the ability to get things done? Getting things done is extremely important, but how things are executed also matters, as outcomes can also be manipulated. I believe that if the process is credible neutral the outcomes have higher changes of being authentic
Sample Voting Issue 2: Yes Rari users should get reimbursed and I would opt for:
- Split Reimbursement. In these cases (just like in airdrops) it's very likely that the first reimbursment didn't cover 100% of the spectrum, so a second one with the goal of "filling the gaps" of the first makes a lot of sense.
