Please share your stance on overall goals for the DAO:
The DAO should primarily be a mechanism for the different stakeholders (users, builders, token holders, etc.) to find win-win solutions, otherwise they’ll go their separate ways. As such, I believe we should strive to make ArbitrumDAO financially viable, operationally excellent, and resistant to capture.
Balancing these goals and balancing short and long term needs is a delicate act. You can count on me to be strongly principled and pragmatic.
My mission is to evolve human organisation. I have spent the last 10 years researching and getting deep in the trenches of progressive and decentralised organisations across Web2 and Web3, including as Head of Governance at Aragon, Supervisory Council at SingularityNET, advising the likes of Google, BCG, Daimler, building 2 companies focused on collaboration tools, and sharing as visiting lecturer in Oxford's executive education programs, Harvard Business Review, and TEDx.
You can count on me to make decisions informed by years of thinking deeply about innovation, ecosystem development, and organisational transformation. I believe in a pragmatic and nuanced approach to advise, support, evaluate or lead initiatives to improve human coordination.

Sample Voting Issue 1:Issue Overview 1.3k
- Uniswap planned to use Flipside to attract new users to Uniswap through bounties. Although the program outline and funding was fine, the proposal was contentious because it gave Flipside crypto too much control over allocating UNI to bounties and oversight of the entire program.
- For instance, Flipside had 3/7 seats on the allocation committee and 1/3 seats on the Oversight committee. There was also concern since none of the other analytics service providers were involved in the proposal.
- This proposal flew under the radar but at the 11th hour got very heated. Large votes from university clubs supported the proposal since they would get a seat on the allocation committee. However, Dune and Leshner spoke up about the issue because of the centralization of power and favor of one service provider.
Prompts to Answer:
- How would you vote?Against
- What amendments would you make to the proposal if any?
It could be improved through an independent allocation committee (i.e. ideally below 25% control by any single party. 25% selected based on a frequent standard for determining ‘parties with significant control’ in traditional governance).
- How would you approach the tradeoff between centralization of authority and the ability to get things done?
We can leverage multiple “Polycentric frameworks” to get things done, avoid capture, and enable outside-in innovation (enabling faster growth of an ecosystem): delegation to multiple centralised parties for operational execution, independent oversight, budgeting through internal markets instead of top-down allocation, developing decentralised sense-making capacity, etc.
I support investing in these capabilities ASAP. And in the short term when not possible to find a better solution, looking case by case for balance and best possible trade-offs while also funding long-term improvements.

FEI RARI Hack Reimbursement: In April 2022 Rari was hacked for 80M, a vote was passed to reimburse those affected. Then in May 2022 another vote to refund the Rari hacked was brought forward this time it was not passed.
Prompts to Answer:
Outside the flipping of the vote, how would you choose to handle this situation?i.e should parties be reimbursed for an exploit or not? (Please choose one of the below options and then elaborate upon your reasoning)
- Split Reimbursement
I would explore the possibility of a partial reimbursement short term, and a larger reimbursement later on if/when the DAO recovers. This would both support the recovery of trust and help align the different stakeholders.
Languages I speak and write: English, Spanish, French, Italian (limited).
