Summary
The web3 crowdfunding platform for supporting Ethiopian war victims aims to leverage blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) principles to provide a transparent and efficient platform for raising funds and providing aid. The platform utilizes the principles of Web3, which emphasize decentralization, transparency, and user control. Through this platform, individuals and organizations worldwide can contribute to the recovery and rehabilitation efforts for the victims affected by the Ethiopian war. By utilizing blockchain technology, the platform ensures transparency in the allocation and distribution of funds, thereby instilling trust among donors.
Smart contracts are employed to automate the crowdfunding process, eliminating the need for intermediaries and reducing administrative costs. Donors can contribute directly using the cryptocurrency, Klaytn, ensuring fast and secure transactions across borders without the need for traditional banking systems.
To ensure accountability, the platform provides real-time updates on the progress of projects, enabling donors to track the impact of their contributions.
