Motivation

Given that treasury management is going to be completely decentralized, we would like to mitigate the potential governance attacks by introducing an emergency role.

Details

We are proposing an emergency role - ShineDAO deployer address (0xb1D92EEec6f9F224ABD294DE643C94A01cB14E51) controlled by committee members.

The role allows only sending the funds back to the original multi-sig in case of emergency (0xFcf23C3B0b3Ef21381A3a88B7244168D03e15Ae1). It doesn't allow to interact with any other contract/address.

Additionally, this proposal will be paired with setTarget and scopeFunction permissions (proposed in subsequent proposals) to define:

1. Assets the emergency role can interact with
2. Limits (ability to send them only back to the legacy multi-sig)
