Focused 6-month initiative to strengthen the Rootstock Collective pipeline through a structured acceleration program with a comprehensive support package for medium-to-large projects with the capacity to deliver on-chain traction. Instead of prioritizing volume, we aim to ensure that every project entering the Rootstock ecosystem is ecosystem-ready and capable of achieving measurable outcomes such as $500K+ TVL, active user growth, and sustained liquidity.

This approach goes beyond traditional project onboarding by establishing RIF token staking as a core treasury strategy for projects entering the Rootstock ecosystem. This creates sustainable economic alignment while strengthening the overall DeFi composability and liquidity depth on Rootstock.

Milestone 1 – Platform Activation & Structured Acceleration (Month 1)

Outputs: Platform activation and acceleration program framework; 15+ qualified leads sourced and evaluated; 6-8 projects selected for acceleration.
