It allows DAO participants to simulate a real vote using live infrastructure, ensuring that proposal creation, delegation, voting, and execution are functioning as intended before governance is used for high-stakes decisions.

1. Test Action

This proposal will send a minimal amount of ETH from the DAO treasury to an address that contributed this amount to the treasury previously to prove execution logic works.

2. Voting Setup

This proposal will use the full RARI DAO v2 governance pipeline:

• Onchain proposal creation on RARI Chain
• Voting by tokenholders with RARI delegated to RARI DAO v2
• Timelock and execution
