The proposal will:

• Approve unlimited rETH and USDC to be transferred by the ERC20Transferer contract
• Invoke ERC20Transferer to send remaining rETH and USDC to the multisig

The multisig signers will:

• manually convert all USDC to stETH
• manually convert all rETH to stETH
• process pro rata stETH payouts to any users that call the quit() function after proposal execution, but before finalizing the committee's responsibilities
• return all remaining funds to the Nouns Fork treasury at 0x55dd565c6f94b3bad1f4a35398af4a526fcd465f
