TL;DR

This proposal changes the Lil Nouns VRGDA reserve price from 0.03 ETH to 0.003 ETH.

BUYING/HOLDING 8+ becomes more achievable goal. This aims to make our auction competitive and lively for existing members and newcomers.

Running this as the anti-prop to Nouns prop 955 https://noun.wtf/vote/955 - why should Nouns have no reserve but Lil Nouns have a reserve?

Have managed to access lil nouns camp momentarily, hope nekofar is alright. I've spent the last few weeks on door design and *fiberglassing roof of van*, wanted to do this prior to putting floor down, purchased aluminum sheet, insulation, wood for floor and the wiring and interior ready to go in.
