Problem & Goals
Most Web3 apps don't offer human-centered design. They're built for speculation, gambling, risk-chasing, and cortisol-mining behaviors that seek wealth from the outside.
Mental Wealth Academy is a gamified MMO for mental health and journaling — designed for kinesthetic learners and built with neurodivergent users in mind. The experience is grounded, structured, and sensory-aware, guided through our Katamari Sound Garden.

Architecture
MWA is a full-stack Web3 application built on a modular, privacy-first foundation.
The core experience is a 12-week journaling and learning environment. Each week surfaces structured prompts, reflective exercises, and curriculum modules — all encrypted client-side and inaccessible until the cohort concludes.
At week 12, a key is issued to unlock the full archive.
Data Flow: User inputs are encrypted on-device before storage. No plaintext journal data ever touches the server. Wallet authentication gates cohort access and tracks on-chain progress.
Course Engine — weekly curriculum delivery, prompt sequencing, and progress tracking
Katamari Sound Garden — sensory-aware, neurodivergent-friendly navigation layer.
Token & Governance — earned currency flows into Micro-DAO pod governance or the Coin Shop for art and IRL merchandise.
Azura (AI Layer) — AI-mediated governance logic in the Micro-DAO, currently in v2.0 development with a smart contract deployed for the Chainlink Convergence Hackathon
Interfaces: Web app (Next.js), on-chain contracts (Solidity/Foundry), automated treasury workflows (Chainlink CRE), and AI agent runtime (ElizaOS).

Techstack
Typescript, Next.js, Three.js/Webgl, ElizaOS, Solidity (Foundry), and Chainlink CRE (private workflows). Opened Source: https://github.com/Mental-Wealth-Academy
AI-mediated governance v2.0 is in active development, with a working smart contract already deployed for the Chainlink Convergence Hackathon.
License Plan
MWA operates as a public good. The full 12-week course, journaling tools, and core features are free — no paywalls on the experience that matters.
Premium features exist for those who want them, but they're cosmetic and administrative. They will never affect course access or outcomes.

Roadmap
MWA is live. This funding closes the gap between "functional" and "memorable."
- Ship storytelling and animation layers that make the weekly experience feel alive.
- Host community wellness events open to Lil Nouns holders and the broader public.
- Iterate on UX based on cohort feedback with faster turnaround cycles.
Resourcing & Costs
This is a retro-funding ask. The DApp is deployed, the smart contracts are live, and 12 weeks of curriculum exists today — built largely without compensation.
$10,000 funds the polish sprint: motion design, narrative touchpoints, sound design, and the small moments that turn a course into an experience. It also gives the founder dedicated time outside of survival-mode development to focus entirely on craft.
No overhead. No team salaries. Just focused builder time applied directly to the product.
