Proposal

Summary

After failing to receive support through proposals 842, 863, 875, and 896, we transformed Nounscraft into Lil Nounscraft, a focused platform for education, creativity, and sustainable marketing. Awareness of Lil Nouns in Indonesia remains limited, particularly among university students, despite students being key drivers of art, research, and creative culture. Lil Nounscraft will prioritize student onboarding, starting with Hasanuddin University as a strategic pilot hub to introduce Lil Nouns and educate students about DAOs. Through structured weekly and monthly activities, supported by a renovated tuk-tuk space, Lil Nounscraft aims to activate student participation, foster long-term contributors, and establish a consistent weekly marketing channel for Lil Nouns DAO with measurable impact.

Access & Sustainability

Lil Nounscraft will operate as an open creative space every Sunday, allowing anyone to visit and enjoy the mini gallery and library. Use of the space for creative activities will be reserved for visitors who purchase a DIY kit. Operational costs for the first five months will be supported by Lil Nouns funding. From month six onward, we commit to self-sustained operations, leveraging revenue from the initial five months of DIY sales and remaining inventory.

From the second to the fourth month, Lil Nounscraft will run consistent core activities, including weekly exhibitions, Hi! Lil Nounscraft sessions, and ongoing content creation. The fifth month culminates in a flagship event, the Lil Nounscraft Student Fest, designed as a vibrant, engaging, and distinctive exhibition that marks the peak of the program.
