TLDR

Request :

  • 10.9 ETH & 15 $LIL
    • 8 ETH to fund Prop House Rounds
    • 15 $LIL to fund Prop House Rounds
    • 2ETH : 2300 USDC plus shipping (left over funding remains in Prop House Multisig for future operating expense oversights) for merchandise from Nounworks to fund Prop House Rounds
      • all merchandise distribution will be done from current webshops/warehouse
    • .9 ETH in ADMIN FEES (.4 split evenly to signers :extra .5 to sqx.pcc.eth for coordination)

Prop House Round Distribution

    • To be run as small form rounds every other week over a period of ~3 months.
    • Gnosis Signers will reserve the right to Disqualify Proposals if prompts have not been met and ONLY if prompts have not been met.
      • In such case, next up is winner
      • In case of Tie first to have submitted is the winner. TIES WILL NOT BE PAID
    • Designation of prizes may adjust based on potential use cases (ie. some may be eth, some may be noggles IRL , and some may be mix)
