Summary

The following proposal is currently blocked due to transfer restrictions within the SummerToken. The Timelock on Sonic needs to be whitelisted to allow the cross-chain send to go through successfully.

Motivation

With the SUMR transfer to Sonic blocked by the lack of rewards we can't launch the upcoming USDCe Vault on Sonic to the fullest extent.
