Proposal

  • Accept ownership of all Anchor and DOLA contracts
  • Set 600 INV rewards for all ETH lenders and borrowers on Anchor for a duration of 1 month
  • Set Stabilizer buy and sell fees to 0.4% each in order to prevent competition with Uniswap and Curve DOLA LPs

The transferred contracts are:

  • DOLA token contract (ability to mint and add/remove minters)
  • Anchor comptroller contract (central controller of Anchor)
  • ETH and DOLA market contracts

The following contracts are already controlled by gov and will require no change of ownership:

  • Stabilizer (ability to set fees and change operator)
  • Fed (ability to change the Fed chair)
  • Anchor oracle contract (ability to add/remove price feeds)
  • DOLA & ETH interest rate model
