Proposal

The IFT staking rewards introduced at the beginning of the year proved to be a success. 80 Lucky Hand IFTs were minted since the start of the campaign, but only -12 were burnt. A further 44 custom IFTs were minted and only -18 were burned. As a reminder, more than half of the Lucky IFTs were burned before the staking was introduced, so it slowed down the IFT burning and INT dumping considerably. The initial staking campaign was mean to last 10 weeks and will end on 2025-03-12. This Tally vote is to extend the staking campaign at the same rate for another 50 weeks (~1 year). The longer period will signal to IFT holders the long term vision of the project and make IFT (INT) holding even more comfortable and desirable.

On successful vote 25M INT tokens will be transferred from treasury to RewardManager contract and after the funds will be added as staking rewards at 500k INT weekly rate for another 50 epochs (weeks) starting 2025-03-13. To let the protocol governor contract use necessary RewardManager's function it will be granted REWARD_ADMIN role.
