The DAO has decided to make rETH the next new collateral. There has been discussion both in the discord and on the forum about it.

Details

The first step in deploying the new collateral is to deploy an oracle for rETH to get the rETH / USD price.

Once we monitor and confirm it is working with no issues we can submit a followup proposal that deploys the other contracts required for adding rETH (e.g. CollateralJoin, CollateralAuctionHouse, etc.)

We will use Chainlink's rETH / ETH price feed found here.

This proposal will have 3 actions

1. Deploy a ChainlinkRelayer for the Chainlink rETH / ETH price feed refernced above.
2. Deploy a DenominatedOracle using the ChainlinkRelayer from step 1 as the denominated oracle's priceSource.
3. Deploy a DelayedOracle pointing to the denominated one from step 2.
