We have decided to make SNX The first new added collateral. There has been discussion both in the discord and on the forum about it.

Details
The first step in deploying the new collateral is to deploy an oracle for SNX to get the SNX / USD price.
This proposal will deploy an oracle for SNX. Once we monitor and confirm it is working with no issues we can submit
a followup proposal that deploys the other contracts required for adding SNX (e.g. CollateralJoin, CollateralAuctionHouse, etc.)
Chainlink SNX Price Feed
This proposal will have 2 actions.
- Deploy a ChainlinkRelayer for the SNX feed
- Deploy a DelayedOracle that consumed the ChainlinkRelayer from step 1
