The DAO has decided to add LUSD and SUSD as collaterals. There has been discussion both in the discord and on the forum about it.

Details

The first step in deploying the new collaterals is to deploy an oracle for each, LUSD to get the LSUD / USD price and SUSD to get the SUSD / USD price.

This proposal will deploy oracles for LUSD and SUSD. Once we monitor and confirm that these oracles are working with no issues we can submit a followup proposal that deploys the other contracts required for adding LUSD and SUSD (e.g. CollateralJoin, CollateralAuctionHouse, etc.)

1. Deploy a ChainlinkRelayer for the LUSD feed
2. Deploy a DelayedOracle that consumes the ChainlinkRelayer from step 1
3. Deploy a ChainlinkRelayer for the SUSD feed
4. Deploy a DelayedOracle that consumes the ChainlinkRelayer from step 3
