The DAO has decided to add LINK as a collateral. There has been discussion both in the discord and on the forum about it.

Details
The first step in deploying the new collateral is to deploy an oracle for LINK to get the LINK / USD price.
This proposal will deploy an oracle for LINK. Once we monitor and confirm that the oracles is working with no issues we can submit a followup proposal that deploys the other contracts required for adding LINK (e.g. CollateralJoin, CollateralAuctionHouse, etc.)
This proposal will have 2 actions.
- Deploy a ChainlinkRelayer for the LINK feed
- Deploy a DelayedOracle that consumes the ChainlinkRelayer from step 1
