Overview
The DAO has decided to add both WBTC and TBTC as collaterals. There has been discussion both in the discord and on the forum about them.

Details
The first step in deploying the new collaterals is to deploy an oracle for each, WBTC to get the WBTC / USD price and TBTC to get the TBTC / USD price.
This proposal will deploy oracles for WBTC and TBTC. Once we monitor and confirm that these oracles are working with no issues we can submit
a followup proposal that deploys the other contracts required for adding WBTC and TBTC (e.g. CollateralJoin, CollateralAuctionHouse, etc.)
This proposal will have 4 actions.
- Deploy a ChainlinkRelayer for the WBTC feed
- Deploy a DelayedOracle that consumed the ChainlinkRelayer from step 1
- Deploy a ChainlinkRelayer for the TBTC feed
- Deploy a DelayedOracle that consumed the ChainlinkRelayer from step 3
