Pyth has deprecated their LUSD price feed. To price the Beefy Velo BOLD - LUSD price we had been using a PessimisticVeloSingleOracle for the BOLD / LUSD velo pool that used both the Pyth BOLD price feed and the Pyth LUSD price feed.

As the Pyth LUSD price feed is no longer supported we have deployed a new instance of the PessimisticVeloSingleOracle for the BOLD / LUSD velo pool that only uses the Pyth BOLD price feed and an internal TWAP for the LUSD price.

We have also deployed a new BeefyVeloVaultRelayer for this new velo lp pool.

This proposal will deploy a new delayed oracle to sit in front of the new BeefyVeloVaultRelayer
