Overview
This proposal transfers 1,000 HAI from the Admin Safe to the Keeper Treasury.
This proposal will have 3 actions
1. Call approveSAFEModification on the SAFE Engine for the Coin Join contract.
2. Call exit on the Coin Join contract for 1,000 HAI.
3. Call transfer on the System Coin (HAI) to send 1,000 HAI to the Keeper Treasury.
