This proposal is to change the current Gloom Governance voting parameters from:

(4) day voting delay to a (2) day voting delay
(14) day voting period to a (4) day voting period
150M quorum to a 160M quorum

This is an update from the previous proposal adding in an additional 10M to quorum.
