This proposal is to transfer the unclaimed $GLOOM from the Migration Contract - Address: 0x56a82a3df3a909a1b4a1b0a418bdfbe7380e78fe (which totals 184,413,723.784037109329165611 $GLOOM - 18.4414% of supply) to the Gloom Governance Contract - Address 0xFc8c580f1AfAaC016cBb45c1ced7F73F7DBa1FEc.

If this proposal passes, the Gloom Governance contract will receive the unclaimed $GLOOM tokens, and we will continue to utilize the Tally frontend for proposing and voting on Gloom Governance.
