⚠️ **Note from Simona: This proposal sends the wrong currency, ETH instead of GTC, so don't vote for it! We'll let this one fail, then make a different proposal with GTC.**

The S14 PGF budget request has passed on Snapshot and this vote is to ratify those results on chain and to transfer their budget to them.

## Original Description:
This vote is looking to pass the S15 budget for the Public Goods Funding Workstream.

The total amount requested is $664,550, to be paid in GTC.

The GTC total will be determined, based on (a) the current market price of GTC at the time this proposal is moved to Tally, and (b) the remaining balance in the PGF Multisig (which will determine how much net new funding we require).

Overview With the introduction of Gitcoin 2.0, we have renewed focus as an organization and have set ambitious goals! We are driving towards $50M in GMV this year and a north star of $1B in GMV through Allo over the next several years.

To hit these goals, we need best-in-class contributor talent that is motivated and aligned with our mission and ambition.

Token grants are a key tool we have to create those alignments. After all – the idea that we can program our values into money to ensure alignment is central to our vision for capital allocation 4.

Structure I propose that every contributor to Grants Lab is eligible for a 4-year token grant. These grants will be subject to linear vesting schedules and a 1-year cliff. Contributors who have been at Gitcoin for over a year and have not previously received a token grant will be eligible for an accelerated 6-month cliff, instead of 1 year.

This proposal covers all current contributors to Grants Labs as well as an option pool for future contributors. In total, 3M GTC is requested. This represents 3% of the supply of GTC and is aligned with (or below) industry standards for team allocations. Though team allocations are typically only done at launch, Gitcoin has evolved substantially since the token launch in 2021. Most of the team that was present in 2021 are no longer active contributors, and the vast majority (80%) of current contributors do not have any token grants.

This vote serves to ratify [this Snapshot vote](https://snapshot.org/#/s:gitcoindao.eth/proposal/0xd2b0853e328b3bdef16a526b2291a6e8a6897826dfca2d5d7a220f90ae1789f5 "Snapshot vote") which approved the movement of $5,232,330 USD (8,759,999.20 GTC) from the Gitcoin Treasury to the Grants Lab multisig. We will request 50% of this now and remaining 50% before the end of H1. This budget proposal covers the full year of 2025. The budget requested is $4,831,109 with anticipated revenues of $2,323,027. We will also request $401,221 for reserves (calculating total reserves at 20% with current treasury of $565,000.)
