Statement of Intention

April 28th, 2023 was my last day directly working for Gitcoin DAO. As workstream lead for the Fraud Detection & Defense we prevented $3 million in fraud and deterred unknown amounts. We were instrumental in setting the Trust Bonus, Passport Scoring, and Retroactive Sybil Discounting methods for defending from sybil attacks. We conducted a graceful winddown during season 17 transferring 6 contributors while 5 split off to do other work, including myself. Severences were paid, commitments followed through, and the leftover funds were used to fund a Sybil Resistance match pool during Gitcoin's beta round.

During the next couple of seasons, I will continue as a delegate and a steward council member. I hope to also bring value to Gitcoin as a service provider to program managers using Allo protocol.

Hired by Gitcoin in September 2020 for Growth Marketing. Directed Grants operations during rounds 8, 9, and 10. First Gitcoin employee to leave the company and work in the DAO. Ran the Fraud Detection & Defense workstream where we stopped $3 million in fraud from rounds 11-15 and deterred unknown amounts.
