As previously outlined, Code4rena incurs various costs associated with service providers for such work as KYC providers, legal services, accounting and tax advisory services, or other professional services. This proposal sends $721,785 USDC to the C4 Polygon multisig (matic:0x7f0049597056E37B4B1f887196E44CAc050D4863) for such expenses through Q3 2023, including reimbursement to Code4 for invoices already paid. The bulk of these expenses are from legal and tax advisory services required to complete the token purchase made by Paradigm, and were not invoiced until recently.
