Summary:

This proposal reduces the amount of ZVE needed to create a governance proposal from 100,000 ZVE to 10,000 ZVE.

Purpose:

The purpose is to boost community participation in governance by lowering the amount of ZVE that is required to bring forth a governance proposal.

Details:

The following actions will be taken upon successful execution of this proposal:

1. Reduce the proposalThreshold in the Governor contract from 100,000 to 10,000.
