The following actions will be taken upon successful execution of this proposal:

1. Unwrap aETHUSDC In OCR_Cycle: Unwrap 205,000.00 aETHUSDC for USDC and send to the DAO. 2. Send USDC To OCC_Cycle: Transfer 250,000.00 USDC from the DAO to the OCC_Cycle Locker
