#Yam Finance Treasury Redemption Until April 10th 2023

This proposal will:

1. Fund the Treasury Redemption contract by allowing the withdrawl of all assets from the treasury to Proposal33 in order to withdrawl yUSDC and ystETH from their respective yearn vaults. It will also un-wind Yam POL to retrieve the wETH and burn the YAM.
2. Claim sushi rewards from incentivizer and send the SUSHI to Operations Multisig to be swapped for wETH to be sent to the Treasury Redemption contract.
3. Mint and then send YAM to Proposal33 to finalize all outstanding balances owed by Yam DAO before the treasury is redeemed.
