I'll be introducing a few proposals to make adjustments to DAO parameters. This first one increases the voting delay. Voting delay is the delay since a proposal is created until voting starts. It's important to have a little time between the submission of a proposal and the start of voting in case DAO members need to delegate votes, unstake, etc.

When the DAO was initially set up, I set some default parameters with the intention of adjusting them so that everyone can see how the DAO parameters themselves can be adjusted to improve on-chain governance.

In this proposal, I'll propose that we increase voting delay to 1 day. That means when a proposal is submitted, voting starts 1 day later. If this proposal passes, the update will be automatically applied to the Governor contract that powers this DAO.
